**Follow the registration steps in order.**

CWK Registration: $165 per child

CWK Weekly tuition: $165/$155 for 2 siblings/ $150 for 3 siblings.

 

New Summer Camp families:

1. Pay CWK registration. Click here

2. Complete the CWK Questionnaire Form (one per child). Click here 

3. Complete your TWP waiver. The system will prompt you to create a Brightwheel account. Click here.

4. Finish creating your camper profile (one per child) on Brightwheel using a laptop or desktop and set up your payment options.  For steps on how to set up payments, click here. ​For steps to make payments for multiple campers on Brightwheel, Click here.

5. Download the Brightwheel app for Apple or Google Play and add your camper's picture to their profile. If you already use Brightwheel, add Camp Warrior King to your app, and your child's profile will auto-populate.

 

Returning Summer Camp Families:

 

1. Pay CWK registration (Below).

2. To set up your payments account in Brightwheel, click here. 

3. For steps to make payments for multiple campers on Brightwheel, click here.

4. Complete the CWK Info Update Form. Click here.​

5. Update your TWP form. Click here.​

CWK AFTERSCHOOL FAMILIES

1.  Pay CWK registration (Below).​

2. Complete the CWK After-School Registration Form. Click here 

3. Complete your TWP waiver. The system will prompt you to create a Brightwheel account. Click here.

5. Download the Brightwheel app for Apple or Google Play and add your camper's picture to their profile. If you already use Brightwheel, add Camp.

All Camp Communication (except tuition invoices) only comes through the Brightwheel app.
