We communicate primarily through Brightwheel. Please turn on notifications once you download the app.
For the fastest response, do not send us an email—send a Brightwheel message.

💳 Tuition & Enrollment

• Tuition is due Friday BEFORE attendance

• Final deadline: Monday upon arrival

• Payments after 10:00 AM on Monday will incur a late fee

EASY REGISTRATION STEPS.

​New CWK families:​

1. Choose and pay your camp fee.

2. Create your brightwheel account and complete your CWK waiver. Click here.

3. Download the Brightwheel app for Apple or Google Play. 

​

Your camper’s Brightwheel profile must be fully completed:

• Signed waivers and agreements

• Camper photo

• Full personal details (including home address)

• THREE emergency contacts with phone numbers

Campers cannot stay without a completed profile.

👕 Camp Essentials

• Camp T-shirts are required for field trips and will be distributed at the front desk

• All medication must be in its original container and will be securely stored. A release form is required for medicine to be stored at camp.

📚 Academic Enrichment

We build strong minds along with great experiences:

• Bring a book daily for D.E.A.R. (Drop Everything And Read)

• Summer Bridge: Begins the week of June 1st (7:30–8:30 AM)

• Word/Phrase of the Day: Starts Day 1—ask your camper about it!

Brightwheel is your main tool for:

• Daily check-in/check-out

• Tuition payments and history

• Messaging staff and administration

• Viewing activities and updates

• Accessing calendars and menus

• Signing incident reports

• Reporting absences

• Managing approved pickups

🚗 Carline & Pickup

• Pick up your car rider tag at the front desk

• Place it on the passenger side of your windshield

• No tag = you’ll be asked to come inside

• Digital copies are not accepted

🎒 What to Bring Daily

• Water bottle

• Clothes that can get dirty or wet

📵 Cell Phone Policy

• Device use is limited during camp hours

• Allowed on trips with appropriate content only

• Devices may be confiscated if misused or distracting

• All confiscated items are returned at the end of the day
