CAMP POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

CWK TUITION POLICY:

Tuition is different for each event. This is due to the nature of the program, and the events included. Parents have the option of making payments online, in person with cash or money order. Online payments have a service fee.

It's HIGHLY recommended that families register early to reserve their child's camp experience. Spots at THE ROYAL TAKEOVER are first come, first serve. WE WILL BE AT CAPACITY FOR EACH EVENT.
HOURS OF OPERATION & CLOSURE POLICIES:

Regular operating hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Times will change based on the events of that Saturday. For example, you may be required to arrive earlier for a particular field trip.

ï‚· There are NO Refunds. Children unable to attend camp due to severe illness may exchange their missed week for another available event. You are required to provide a valid doctor’s note. Suppose facility damage occurs, requiring the camp to close and not open due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, a refund will be reimbursed minus any nonrefundable cost CWK may incur. Tuition is not refunded for closures due to natural disasters or situations out of camp control.

ï‚· Proper identification is required for ALL persons picking up your child. A person without ID will NOT be allowed to take your child from camp. NO EXCEPTIONS. Add all authorized pick-up persons on your campers Brightwheel account.

ï‚· ALL food allergies need to be written in your child's Brightwheel profile. Students with severe food allergies should bring lunches and snacks to ensure comfort. We cannot guarantee a microwave will be available.

CWK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. The parent and campers are responsible for keeping up with all belongings. Parents must pick up the required medical devices and prescribed medicines at the end of each day.
